Service Description
Book for a 30 minute consultation to ask questions, get information, and allow us to get to know your scholar before committing to book a session. This time is free on us! All consultations are done virtual on Zoom. You will receive a Zoom link at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Please give your tutor at least six hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your tutoring session. If you cancel within the time frame specified, you will receive a full refund for any fees you paid before the session. If you need to reschedule, just let your tutor know the new date and time of the appointment, and they will make the new arrangements. If services are canceled without prior notice, there will be a non-refundable penalty. This is to guarantee that the tutors can adapt to the timetable and that their time is being used efficiently.
